  2. Blend to fine powder without adding any water. sieve the flour to prevent from any lumps. now in a small mixi, take ½ cup sugar and blend to a fine powder.
  3. Add in powdered sugar to the same urad dal powder. also, add 1 tsp cardamom powder and mix well making sure everything is combined well. further, take ¼ cup ghee in a saucepan. add 2 tbsp raisins and fry on low flame until raisins puff up.
  4. Add in fried raisins along with ghee to the same urad dal flour mixture. mix well forming a moist mixture. if the mixture is dry, add a tbsp of more melted ghee. and if the mixture turns watery, then allow to rest for 10 minutes, so it absorbs and thickens.
  5. Grease hands with ghee and prepare a ball sized ladoo. finally, enjoy urad dal ladoo for 2 weeks when stored in an airtight container.
