- Wash marinate chicken with turmeric powder, chilli powder, vinegar and salt, keep it in fridge overnight
- Dry roast cinnamon, clove, cardamom, fennel seed, crush and keep
- In a pressure cooker add beef, bayleaf,, add 2cups of water, cook in high flame, after the 1st whistle, reduce flame in low, and cook for 45 min
- Keep a pan, add 4tbs olive oil, fry onion until brown, add sliced tomato, crushed powder and stir and simmer until tomato smash
- Add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, mint leaves and stir in medium flame for 10min
- Now add beef, crushed chilli, (keep the stock) stir in medium flame for 5min, add stock, sugar, coriander leaves, cover and simmer in high flame until get thick consistency
- Serve with ghee rice, tomato rice, roti and enjoy
