- 1 cup semolina (sooji)
- 1/2 cup+1 tbsp ghee
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 10-12 cashew nuts halves
- 1 tbsp raisin

- Peel, cut and chop bananas.
