Heat up sauce pan dry fry suji/rava unti light brown colour and you get good aroma, take out, and to the same pan add oil heat up add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies chopped and curry leaves, let it splutter add chana dal and urad dal saute it for 2minutes, add chopped onion, ginger saute it for few more minutes add in tomatoes and other veggies roast them in oil for 5 minutes add in 3 cups of water add salt, let it boil..add roasted suji mix well, garnish with coriander leave..

Heat up sauce pan add in 3tbsp ghee add cashew nuts and raisins roast them for few seconds take it out, to the same pan add suji /rava roast it until light brown and you get good aroma add 3cups of hot water &food colour,mix well, when it thickens add sugar, keep stirring until sugar melts and it starts to thicken..when it thickens add roasted cashew nuts and raisins, cardamom powder mix well....and it's done, serve both in a plate....
