  9. as needed kasuri methi
  10. as needed Garam masala

  1. Dal soaked 30 minutes. Boil in cooker for 7 to 8 whistle. Add salt haldi & chilli powder.
  2. For tarka take a pan add ghee roast lal mirchi add chopped garlic jeera & hing.
  3. Now add sabut coriander when roast add chopped tomatoes & roast till cooked proper.
  4. At last add garam masala & kasuri methi. For smooth consistency take madhani & apply on boil dal.
  5. Add masala. Mix all ingredients proper & boil for some time. Ready for serve.
