  3. Roast for 2 min on high flame & add chopped tomatoes without seeds. Now add salt black pepper & fresh coriander leaves. All veges mixed together in salt & pepper.
  4. Then add boiled quinoa, mix it properly. Add lemon juice. Stir it for 2 to 3 min & off the flame. Cover it with a lid & leave for some time. The pulao is ready. Serve it garam garm with green coriander chutney.
