- 4 tsps Sugar/Honey
- 1/4 Cup Tea Powder: Good Quality
- 2 Cloves
- 2 Green Cardamoms

- 1/4 tsp Ginger: Pounded- Optional
- 1/4 Cup Condensed Milk
- 3/4-1 Cup Thick Coconut Milk/Cream: Unsweetened
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extracts or Maple Syrup
- 2 Cups Ice Cubes
- Garnish: 1-2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions to make to make Thai Coconut Iced Tea
- To Begin With: In a saucepan- Very lightly dry roast the whole spices until they turn a bit fragrant- then, add in the aforesaid measured quantity of water in the RT & the measured sugar/honey & the Tea Powder- Give it all a really good mix until it comes to a rolling boil
