  3. 150 gm Paneer, (small cubes)

  8. 1 bay leaf
  9. 1 cinnamon

  11. 3-4 green cardamom

  15. 1 cup thinly sliced onions
  16. 1 carrot (chopped into cubes)

  18. 1/4 cup green peas

  21. 2 tbsp saffron milk
  22. 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

Instructions to make to make Paneer Shahi Pulao

  1. Firstly in a pot boiled all vegetables (80% boiled) and keep it aside.
  2. Heat butter in a pan add paneer cubes and toss it for 1-2 minutes. Don't change the colour of panner and keep it aside.
  3. Now heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pot roast cashew nuts, almonds and raisins on low flame until it turns golden. Keep it aside.
  4. In the same ghee add 1 tbsp ghee. Add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves and Shah jeera. Saute on low flame until the spices turn aromatic.
  5. Now add thinly sliced onions turn golden brown. Further add boiled vegetables saute for 2-3 minutes. Now add turmeric powder salt and sugar saute on low flame.
  6. Furthermore add panner cubes and mix well.
  7. Add 80% cooked basmati rice, fried nuts and fruits and chopped coriander leaves, mix gently. Making sure everything is well combined. Add saffron milk. Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until flavours are well absorbed.
  8. Finally paneer Shahi Pulao is ready to serve with a curry of your choice.
