- 1 cup shudh ghee
- 1 cup hot milk
- 3 table spoon normal milk
- 1 cup beaten jaggery
- 2 table spoon chopped almonds

- Take a large bowl add besan. Now add 3 table spoon ghee & mix into besan. Now add 3 table spoon milk also in it. Mix it very well with the help of palm (approximate 5 to 7 minutes) Cover it & keep aside.
- After 5 minutes strain the cheakpeas flour mixture. So that besan material have no lumps & transfer into a smooth texture.
- Now in a wok add gur & 1 cup water, mix it proper. Stir continues till jaggery melt. Keep aside. Now in a pan add ghee, when it heated add ready besan.stir it continues on mid flame.
- First step it tight & move hardly. Second step when roast proper leave ghee in pan, & feel nice aroma. Now we can add hot milk in 3 steps from right hand & stir continues from left hand.
- Besan absorbed milk properly, now add jaggery water in the same process as milk. Halwa leave the sides of pan & look like a soft dough. Now add finely chopped dry fruits.
- Cover it with lid, off the flame & leave it for some time. Best aromatic delicious sheera is ready for serve.
