- 3/4 cup Jowar or Sorghum Flour
- 1 cup Apples chopped
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 1 cup Milk
- 2-3 tbsp slivered Almonds

- In a non-stick pan, heat butter or ghee. Add jowar flour to it. Keep stirring and roast the flour until it is done.
- As soon as it gets nicely roasted, a nice aroma emanates in the kitchen. It takes about 4 to 5 minutes. Keep the flame on a low always. Now add the other ingredients to it along with the milk and allow it to simmer.
- Keep stirring in between and after 8 to 10 minutes, it is ready. At this stage, check the sweetness and add more honey if needed according to your preference.
- Yummy and healthy Halwa is all ready to be served. Enjoy!
