  11. 1/2 tea spoon jeera
  12. 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

  14. 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  15. 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  16. 1/2 tea spoon coriander powder
  17. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  18. 2 table spoon tomato puree
  19. 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi
  20. 1/2 lemon juice,
  21. as required some pieces of paneer

  1. Take a pan add oil roast jeera hing & mustard seeds.when cracked add finely chopped ginger & green chilli.
  2. Saute it for 2 min add both dal, after proper roast add peanut saute it for 2 min. Now add finely chopped veggies.
  3. Stir it for 2 min add dry spices & puree. Cover it for some time add few drops of water. So that veggies cooked proper.
  4. At last add roasted vermicilli & half lemon juice. Stir all ingredients very well. Now add 1.5 cup of water.
  5. Cooked it on high flame. When water absorbed off the flame & add paneer pieces. Cover it again for few min.
  6. Because doing this dish take its aroma from steam. Before serve add garam masala & kasuri methi.
  7. Easy delicious & digestive snack is ready to serve.
