  12. 5-6 Green Chillies
  13. as required Oil
  14. to Taste Salt

  1. 1. Clean and slit Brinjal into 4 with top intact 2. Take around 2Tbsp Oil in a Pan 3. Add Brinjals, cover and cook until Brinjals are almost cooked 4. Dry roast Peanuts in a Pan, remove in a Plate, let it cool and then peel-it off 5. Transfer into Grinder, grind it Coarsely 6. In a Grinder, add Onion, Coriander Leaves, Green Chillies, Turmeric Powder,Red Chilli Powder, Fennel Seeds, Cumin Powder and Ginger Garlic Paste 7. Grind by adding Water to smooth Paste 8. In a Kadai, add 4Tbsp Oil
  2. 9. When Oil is heated, add Cumin Seeds 10. When Cumin Seeds starts spluttering, add prepared Paste 11. Cook it by adding Water gradually for 5-6mins on High Flame 12. Now Cook for another 8-10mins by adding Peanut Powder and Water 13. Adjust the consistency by adding Water 14. Add Salt to Taste and Garam Masala Powder 15. When it starts boiling, add Brinjals 16. Cook on Medium Low Flame, till Oil float's on Surface 17. Remove in a Serving Plate 18. Serve it with Roti or Chapati or Rice
