- Cut into small pieces of pumpkin without peeling. Wash it proper & transfer into cooker. Add salt, haldi & 1 cup water for 3 whistle.
- Now prepare masala,Take a pan add oil. Roast jeera hing sonff & methi seeds. When cracked add onion roast it till golden brown. Now add ginger garlic paste.
- Stir it continues for 1 min, now add chopped tomato & dry spices. Cover it for some time to cooked tomato. Now add sabut red chilli & puree. Jaggery also add in it.
- Mashed all things with spechula. That makes A smooth paste add boiled pumpkin with its water. On low flame cooked it for 3 to 4 min.
- At last add garam masala kasuri methi & coriander leaves. Cover it for few min till all ingredients mix with their texture.
