  1. Soak suji in curd & water for 10 to 15 min.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai roast peanuts+ cashews for a few seconds then add black mustard seeds,curry leaves,green chillies when splutter add onions saute and and add moong dal.
  3. Cook for a min.add gobhi,red chilli powder,salt, turmeric powder mix well also add beetroot, coriander n cook for a few seconds while stirring.
  4. Then the suji barter into it but keep stirring properly.Also add little water n cook on low flame till becomes thick.
  5. Then turn off the flame and transfer to a serving dish garnish with coriander and serve.
