  1. Wash the bhindi and cut its ends. Take a sharp knife and make a cut from one side to fill the stuffing.
  2. Heat a tawa and roast saunf seeds, Methi seeds, jeera, whole coriander seed, and kalonji seed for 1 minute on low flame. Grind the masala into powder.
  3. Grind the masala into powder.
  4. Now in it mix onion, chat masala, amchur powder, Ginger garlic and chili paste, fresh chopped coriander, and salt.
  5. Take each bhindi and fill the stuffing.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and carefully place the stuffed bhindi.
  7. Cook on low heat till the bhindi is done and the color changes to light brown.
  8. Flip all the bhindis and cook on both sides.
  9. Serve it with Rice, dal roti
