- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 pinch baking powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp chili flakes

- 3 medium size potato boiled and mashed
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 medium size onion chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet corn
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 4-5 dried red chillies
- 1 tsp mixed hurbs
- Others ingredients:-
- as required Tomato ketchup
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- as required Butter

- Making Taco shell stuffing:- Heat a pan with oil add onion fry until golden brown. Keep it aside.
- Now same pan heat with little oil add dried red chili fry until crispy and keep it aside. Now crushed all fried chillies with pinch of salt.
- In a mixing bowl add boiled mashed potato with coriander leaves, fried onion, sweet corn, green peas, crushed chillies, salt to taste, mixed hurbs. Mix it well and keep it aside.
- Making Taco shell:- In a bowl add all dough ingredients and water little by little and knead the dough and make a soft dough. Keep it aside for 5-10 minutes.
- Divide the dough equally and make a small lemon size balls. Dust with flour and roll it with a rolling pin into thin like puri
- Heat a flat pan put the taco and roast it on medium to low flame without any oil or ghee or butter. Roast the taco 30 second each side. (Don't cook it completely, cook it half). Make all taco shell and keep it aside.
- Now take a half cooked taco shell on a plate spread 1 tsp tomato ketchup on it. spread grated mozzarella cheese. Now add the potato filling on half on the shell. Then again sprinkle some grated cheese over the potato filling. Gently fold it and press it lightly. Repeat with remaining taco shell.
- Heat a flat pan with 1 tbsp butter, place the tacos on it and cook until crispy and golden brown on both sides. Remove to a kitchen paper to drain excess oil.
- Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
