- Also add 1 inch ginger, 2 chilli, pinch hing and few curry leaves. splutter the tempering on medium flame. add in ¼ tsp turmeric and saute slightly.
- Further, add 2 cup cooked rice and ½ tsp salt. mix well making sure everything is well combined. also, add 2 tbsp coriander, grated coconut, peanuts, cashew nuts and 3 tbsp lemon juice. mix well.
