- Boil water on pan, add spinach leaves. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. Add 1/4 tbsp sugar because it remain green color of spinach. Drain water and keep aside.
- Heat ghee in pan add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic & green chilli paste and saute it for few seconds till its raw smell gone.
- Further, mix boiled green peas, chopped capsicum and boiled spinach. Also add salt and turmeric powder. Cook the mixture for 2-3 minutes till its moisture gone. Keep aside mixture for cool down.
- Meanwhile take a thick poha add it in grinder amd grind it well in powder form. You can also use bread crumbs. And also, roast gram flour till it become golden brown.
- Now, transfer veggies mixture to blender. As well add mint and coriander leaves to it. Now grind it to thick paste.
- Transfer the mixture into bowl and mix boiled mashed potatoes. Additionally, add cumin coriander powder, salt, black salt,garammasala, chaat masala.
- At the moment add roasted besan and thick poha powder to it. Mix everything well till it forms to dough.
- Then, take a little portion of dough and make a round patties. Also press half cashew on it. Coat all kabab with poha powder or bread crumbs.
