  2. 2.In a pan,add tsp of ghee or oil,add the tempering ingredients first,followed by curry leaves,green chillies,ginger paste. Saute for 30 seconds. Then add onion and fry till it becomes translucent. Then add tomato,capsicum, jaggery,coriander leaves, mixed veggies, coconut and fry well.Add salt and then sambhar powder. Sambhar powder enhances the flavour and aroma.
