  3. Then add the roasted vermicelli and roast again on low to medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes. Keep stirring it continuously. By that time the vermicelli would be fried well.
  4. Now take the measured water and from that sprinkle 1/2 glass of water slowly over the vermicelli and cook it for 2 minutes. Then repeat the procedure with the remaining water. This should be done slowly and in batches as, if the water is added at one time fully it will not be dry style. Adjust the amount of water accordingly if you feel it is less.
  5. This way the vermicelli should be cooked well. Turn off the heat when done.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut. Add the pomegranate pearls before serving.
