  3. Add ghee, soda, stir well, colour will change in light golden colour and fluffy.. Add quickly seasme seeds, turn off gas, mix well.
  4. Flatten evenly on greased platform. Roll thin as much as you can.. Make cut with knife of your choice. Here I had given kite shape..
  5. In a same way, make puffed rice ladoo and chikki.. For ladoo, take mixer of gud and mumura, in palm and make round shape balls
  6. When both cools completely, store in an airtight container..
