- Soak Urad for 8-10hrs. Now pressure cook adding 1/2tsp.turmeric powder salt mix well n whistle 4-5

- Take a wheat flour in a paraat. Add salt oil carom seeds mix it well. Now knead a dough with milk. Knead properly like papad dough. And keep aside for 5-10min.
- Now roll thin big roti.Apply garlic butter.And cut strips with pizza cutter. Roll it and fold like ring. Again roll and roast on iron tawa with butter on mid. Slow flame. Take out on a plate. And crumble. Garlic Lachcha Paratha is ready.
