- .For coconut rice:
- 1 coconut
- 12 .cashew nut
- 1teaspoon . salt
- as required .curry leaves few
- as required .hing few
- 3 .red chilli
- 2teaspoons .gun powder
- 5teaspoon .ghee
- For tempering
- 1 teaspoon black rai
- 1/2teaspoon .urad dal
- 1/2teaspoon. chana dal half teaspoon
- 2cups. curd rice :Curd (thick)
- 2 .green chilli
- 1teaspoon .black rai
- as required. urad dal few
- as required. .curry leaves few
- as required . hing few
- 1teaspoon. salt
- as required. coriander leaves (fresh) few
- 150grams. payasam:ready made roasted sewai
- 1/2cup. sugar
- 1/2tin .milkmaid
- 8 cashew nut
- 1/2cup .milk one and
- 6 .cardamon s
- as required. dry grapes
- as required gulabi petals syrup few
Steps to make to make Variety rice coconut, imli rice small potato, curd
- First take 5cup rice take a pressure cooker steamed all the rice release the pressure take rice from the cooker and let them cool down nicely. Then divide into 3parts. One is for imli rice one is for coconut rice another one is curd rice. Take a equal part fir these rice.

- For first we will prepare for imli rice. Take imli soak in hot water.Let them soak for sometime. Take a kadai pour some til oil let them haat for some Then tamper black rai, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, hing, red chilli, let them, turned into golden brown then add your imli paste, then heat fir sometime. Add little bit of haldi powder.

- Then, take a kadai make dry roast all your imli masala items one by one in dry roast stage. Then, after sometime take a mixie and grind it nicely. Put it in container and seal it.

- Then, mix your imli masala 3to 4teaspoon according to your taste., then add salt, jaggery let them, come to thick consistency let rotate your spatula in between the process. After sometime nice aroma will appear to your nose.
- Then add the paste into your prepared rice. Enjoy your imli rice taste.
- Coconut rice:take a tawa pour some ghee fry black rai, urad dal, chana dal,cashew nut, curry leaves, red chilli, everything after golden brown add your gun powder, add immediately your grated narial roast it nicely add required amount of salt, then immediately add to your prepared rice mix the masala prepared your coconut rice ready.

- Curd rice:For tampering curd rice take tawa pour some oil(refined) fry black rai, urad dal, hing, curry leaves, green chilli, everything after golden brown transfer into your prepared rice add sufficient amount of curd and add salt also. Decor with coriander leaves. You can also add anar fruits, grapes(green) fruits your wish.. Your curd rice is ready.
- Take a kadai dry roast your sewai with the help of little bit of ghee and keep it away. Then pour some Water pour the sewai let them cook nicely, then add milk, milkmaid, sugar, let them cook for sometime then tamper your cashew nut, grapes, with help of ghee then finally add cardamon powder and rose petals syrup. Your sewai kheer is ready to eat.
