- Dry roast rice flour till it is hot. Take into a bowl. Boil water and pour onto the flour and knead to a dough. I took a wet cloth and put the dough in it and close and knead. It will b perfectly kneaded. Take murukku maker and fill the dough. Grease ildli plates and press the murukku maker onto it.
- Steam like idlis for 10min. Take oil in kadai and give tempering of mustard seeds, urad dal and cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves. Pour onto the rice noodles and mix well. Serve with sweetened coconut milk and vegetable stew. I have given recipe of vegetable stew in my earlier posts.
