Turn off the gas and add gathiya and mix it well. Garnish with fresh coriander
  2. Bajra rotla Mix flour with warm water and slowly knead it,add water as needed, knead a dough smooth. Make a small ball of dough and make pat it with hand by applying dry flour on it make it circle. Roast it on a pan cook it from both side and apply ghee on it
  3. For tindli aloo sabji Heat a pan add oil,add mustard seed when sputter add hing and add chopped tindli and potato and cook for sometime on low flame and cover it with lid. When cooked add all masala and mix it properly and again cover it with lid and allow to cook for sometime.
  4. For laddu Mix wheat flour and rava and knead a dough not so hard not so soft,make a muthiya with hand from.these dough and fry all muthiya on a low flame till golden brown. After cooling, grind it in a mixer till corse form. Again heat q pan add ghee and add jaggery,heat it till one boil and turn off the flame and add grinded wheat muthiya and give a quick mix and make a small laddu from it.
  5. Arrange all these item in a thaali,serve with salad and raita and enjoy desi thali
