- Heat a tawa..take out chapati on your palm & put it on hot tawa.
- Make a hole in the middle with the help of a spoon (backside of a spoon).
- Roast it without oil/ghee from both sides.
- Apply ghee/oil & enjoy with Thecha, curd & white butter.
