  8. 2/3 Cup Spinach puree
  9. 1 Tsp Oil
  10. 2 Tsp Ghee
  11. as needed Few curry leaves

  14. 4-5 Dry Red Chilli
  15. to taste Salt
  16. 1/2 Tsp Sugar
  17. 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
  18. As required Few curry leaves
  19. 1 Tsp Chana dal
  20. 1 Tbsp Peanut oil
  21. 1 Tsp Urad dal
  22. 1 Tbsp Peanut
  23. 1/2 Tsp Red chili powder
  24. 1/2 Cup Water

Instructions to make to make Oats & Spinach Idli and Tomato Chutney

  1. Heat a pan, add oats and roast for 2 minutes. Make a powder in a grinder jar.
  2. Heat a pan., Add Ghee in it when it hot add Curry leaves, then add semolina and roast for 2 minutes.
  3. Wash spinach thoroughly. Put cold water and ice cubes in a vessel and keep aside. Boil water in another vessel and put spinach in it for 2 to 3 minutes, then immediately take out spinach from hot water and put it in cold water.Now take it out of the water and grind it. Spinach puree is ready.
  4. Take a large bowl,add Oats, Spinach puree,Curd and mix it well.
  5. Batter not very thick or not very liquidy.Add Salt and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Now take the kadhai. Put 2 glasses of water in it, Keep a stand and plate on it.let it boil. Grease idli moulds.
  7. Now add Oil, Eno and Baking Soda to the batter and mix it well.
  8. Now fill the idli mould with the batter and keep Idlis mould on steamer plate, cover it stream it for 10-12 mins.
  9. Remove the moulds and let it cool for some time. Now remove idls.

  11. Heat a oil. Add Mustard seeds. When it crackled, add chana dal, Urad dal, Curry leaves and Dry Red Chillies
  12. After 30 seconds add peanuts.
  13. Roast for 30 seconds. Add Tomatoes, Red chili powder and Salt in it.Cook for 2 minutes add water and cover for 5 minutes. Mash it with the help of spoon. Turn off the flame.
  14. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Make a paste in a grinder jar. Tomato Chutney is ready.
  15. Idlis serve hot with chutney
