  7. 1 pinch orange food colour (optional)

  1. Take a pan heat ghee & roast seviya & chopped dry fruits till golden brown on mid flame.
  2. Keep it in a side. Add water in this pan for boil. Add sugar & food colour in it. When sugar melts add seviya. Mix it well.
  3. Cook it till seviya absorbed the water. Off the flame. Cover it with lid. Leave it for some time. Seviya become tender.
  4. Garnish it with dry fruits. Serve garam garam. A simple delicious & quick ready recipe.
