- In a pan heat oil, ghee, add kasuri methi, ginger- green chilli- garlic paste, saute, onion, salt, saute, turmeric, chilli powder, dhanya-jeera powder, kitchen king masala, laung+taj+whole dry red chillies+bay+baadiya+jawantri roasted and powdered, onion+kaju+magajtari seeds 1whistle boiled and churned to a paste, saute well, 1whistle boiled tomato and churned to a paste, cook till fat separates- Gravy. In a big bowl wheatflour, maida, salt, turmeric, garam masala, coriander, oil, mix, water, knead to a dough, knead for 1-2minutes, roll out paratha using rice-flour, spread ghee, kalonji, amchur powder, rice-flour, spread with hand, make a fan-fold of it, make a dough, press chillies chopped, press, garlic chopped, press, rice-flour, roll out into a paratha, garlic on sides,rice-flour,roll.
