- Roast all mandi dry ingredients in a pan on low flame.grind it. Mandi masala is ready.
- Marinate chicken with mandi masala,all dry ingredients,lemon juice and sirka.ginger garlic paste for an hour.

- When chicken is soft and ready to eat.then add it in rice
- Add coal in a pan
- Cover the lid.and pour some oil on a a heated coal.and put the rice on dam for 15 mins.
- Enjoy it with green raita and white garlic sauce
- You can enjoy it with saudain famous raita dukka with it.
- Toast all dry ingredients and grind all.add turmeric as per your taste.add a table spoon in a yogurt.enjoy
