  3. Dough:- Mix flour with salt and oil, add water as required and keep it covered for 30 minutes.
  4. Take out a small part from the dough of maida and roll it long, cut it into 2 parts and prepare it by filling samosa in both of them.
  5. Put it in hot oil and fry on low flame till it turns golden brown, and serve with deep frying.
  6. Deep:- Mix 3 tbsp mayonnaise and 2 tbsp green chutney together, serve hot samosas with this deep.
