  3. Then add onion, capsicum and carrot and mix well. Simmer on medium gas flame till the color of onion changes.
  4. Then add green peas, grated ginger, fried cashews and fried peanuts, mix well and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Now add this water, raise the gas flame, add salt, sugar, lemon juice and tomato to taste and mix well.
  6. Then add this semolina little by little and mix it. Now add coriander leaves and mix. Let it cook on the flame for 1 to 1/2 minutes.
  7. Now Vegetable Upma is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves, cashews nuts and peanuts.
