- 250 gms cauliflower
- 250 gms potatoes

- 1 big beetroot finely chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 pav bhaji masala
- 1 tbsp salt
- 6 pav
- 3 tbsp amul butter
Steps to make to make Pavbhaji
- Fine chop all veggies and pressure cook all except onion and tomatoes.
- After cooling remove excess water from veggies and mash it properly.
- Heat deep pan add oil and butter.once hot add finely chopped onions,saute till pinkish.now add finely chopped tomatoes.saute till mushy
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder,pavbhaji masala.saute till aroma comes out.add cooked and mashed veggies.mix well add salt and water.mix well and cook well at least for 10 mins on low flame.
- Taste it if needed add pavbhaji masala.heat tawa spread butter on pav and roast from both sides.
- Serve hot with onion and lemon.you can coriander if you wish.my son don't like so I skipped.
