  15. 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  16. few Curry leaves
  17. 1 green chilli

  1. First roast oats on medium flame and Take oats in a grinder or blender. Make powder out of it.
  2. Take oats powder into the bowl. Also, add sooji and salt. Also, ginger chilies paste, coriander leaves, grated carrot, sugar, buttermilk and mix till everything is combined without any lumps. And make a smooth batter. Cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Prepare the steamer. Add a glass of water to the steamer and let it come to a boil. Grease the dhokla tray with oil.
  4. Once everything is ready for steaming then sprinkle eno over the dhokla batter. immediately Stir it. Do not waste time and immediately pour the batter into the prepared tray. and sprinkle achar masala or black pepper powder on it and steam it for 10-15 mins on medium flame. Once ready remove the tray from the steamer and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  5. In tadka pan add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves, green chillie,hing and saute well. Spread tadka on dhokla tray and serve it with green chutney or tea.
