  2. Ghee drop with a spoon on less quantity. When proper roast & change color leaves it. Now in a deep pan add milk & sugar.
  3. Boiled it for 3 minutes till sugar dissolved proper, now add cinnamon & elaichi powder. I used food color.
  4. At last, add roasted bread piece. Mix them with milk with specula on high flame because bread absorbs the milk.
  5. Now crushed the soggy bread in the pan on low flame. After 2 min off the flame. Now we prepare Tarka. In a pan add 1 1/2 tablespoon ghee.
  6. Roast chopped dry fruits till golden brown & this Tarka add on halwa. It gives amazing texture & a rich look.
  7. Serve it your guest garma garm. Nice cinnamon flavor & dry fruits make it yummy.
