- 1/2 cup curry leaves
- 1 cup coconut (grated)
- As required Small ball sized tamarind
- 2 tbsp peanuts (roasted)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- For tempering
- 2 tsp oil
- 3/4 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp urad dal
- Few curry leaves

- Firstly, in a pan heat 2 tsp oil and roast 2 cloves of garlic, 1-inch ginger, and 2 green chillies.
- Roast until garlic turns golden brown.

- Cool completely and transfer the mixture to the blender.
