- Peel & wash parwal & potato. Cut mid-size round or square pieces. Take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil & stir fry potato & parwal.
- Transfer it to a plate. Now add oil roast red chili mustard seeds & jeera. When to cracked all things add chopped onion. saute it till color changes.
- Now add dry masala & tomato gravy. Roast it very well. Cover it with a lid for some time.
- Now we can see the oil separate the masala. Add fry vegies in masala & mix it. After 2 min adds 1 cup of water to it & cooked it on low flame.
- Check it occasionally. Vegies soaked most of the water then add crud & garam masala & Kasuri methi. Ready for serve.
- I make it the first time but really nice & tasty. I am happy that in my green vegies timetable add a new vegie.so make it & enjoy it.
