- Heat a cooker then add 1tsp desi ghee and shallow roast all the veggies and before roasting the chunks leave the soya chunks in lukewarm water for 10min
- After that shallow roast it....saute for a while then take off the shallow roast veggies and kept aside
- In a same cooker add 2tsp more desi ghee then add all whole masalas and 1tsp cumin seeds saute it well
- Then add finely chopped onions saute it for a while then add ginger garlic paste mix it well and cook in a low flame
- Then add powdered masalas....and finely chopped tomatoes some salt as per taste...cook in a low flame
- After that add shallow roasted veggies stir it after that add rice and water
- Close the lid of pressure cooker and when 3 whistle came....turn off the gas.....
- Let set for a min after that take off in veg tehri on a bowl
- Its ready
