  2. Wash and soak moong dal for 2-3 hrs.
  3. Boil the dal till half cooked. Remove from fire keep aside.
  4. In a pan heat ghee.add hing cumin and fennel seeds.
  5. Add besan and roast on slow flame till it turns aromatic. Add dal mix.
  6. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and salt.
  7. Mix and cook for five minutes. Remove from fire and keep aside.
  8. Make covering. In large bowl add maida and salt mix well.
  9. Pou in hot ghee and mix. make dough by adding water.
  10. Cover and rest for 10 mnts.
  11. Take a small ball size portion and roll.place small portion of stuffing in middle cover and seal.
  12. Again roll gently.
  13. Heat oil in pan.fry kachori on low flame.
  14. Fry until kachori turns golden brown.
  15. Remove. serve hot with chutney.
