  1. Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl and make a dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel, Wash and chop onions. Grate ginger and chop green chilli. Keep fennel seeds, asafoetida and cumin seeds ready.
  3. Heat 1 tsp Cooking Oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put fennel seeds and asafetida and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add chopped onion, ginger and green chilli and saute till onion gets translucent. Add all dry masale.
  5. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Saute for 1 minute. Stuffing is ready.
  6. Transfer it in a plate and let it cool. Now take a portion of dough and make a ball and roll it. Put 2 tb spoon stuffing and cover it by bringing edges to the centre and make a ball and roll it round.
  7. Put it on non-stick griddle. Roast for 2 minutes Flip the side and roast from other side also. Apply cooking oil on both sides and shallow fry till crispie golden brown colour.
  8. Serve hot with butter and masala tea.
